What a PHENOMENAL experience for my first time being at Light Lounge! The ownership at this business top notch and the product & service shows. The attention to detail is dialed in from the second you walk in the door. It is beyond clean and has a very calming and aesthetic vibe. Customer service is top notch with informative staff that care about your experience at Light Lounge exceeding expectations. The Red Light Therapy beds are great! Many settings to fit your needs and an incredibly relaxing session. My personal favorite was the Contrast Therapy Sauna & Cold Plunge. Cold Plunge was a perfect cold temperature to give me the recovery I was looking for coming off a 1/2 Marathon and the Sauna was the perfect pair to help relax the muscles. As a fitness enthusiast & trainer in the area, I would recommend Light Lounge to any and all people who are looking to take their health, fitness and recovery to the next level. It is worth it! You either invest in your wellness or you pay for your illness. And Light Lounge will help you find that missing piece in your journey.
