I absolutely loved my first session! Very clean and well informed environment. These guy's have thought of EVERYTHING! True personal spa setting. I went in seeking help with inflammation for lower back pain and got unexpected results. I suffer from hormonal dermatitis and one treatment made a very drastic difference in something I've been fighting for 3 years!. After 15 mins in the infrared lights the red irritated patches on my wrists and ankles were not as swollen and the itch was more of a slight tingle that stopped almost immediately. 2 days in and they still haven't flared! The tightness in my back muscles is still present but not near as "stiff". I am definitely signing up for more sessions. They have an affordable discount package if you purchase multiple sessions at once and the staff is amazing too. Very friendly and welcoming. Happy to explain and answer all your questions.

You go in and one girl explained the whole building. Everything the have, everything you can do and how to do it. They answer your questions quickly. I enjoyed how relaxing the machine was.

I was treated right away with a pleasant atmosphere and explained what the red light will do and how they will help me need be and how everything works. One very kind knowledgeable lady she made it comfortable. I am coming back as I have a membership. Looking forward to my experience. I have been faithful with using Red light for a few weeks now and noticed more energy but more importantly my inflammation is much better since I started Red light treatments makes life more comfortable for me and working on my nerve pain is helping too. I am so happy and glad the light treatment is in Holland for me I like, and love the natural way for my body to feel better. What a pleasant experience! Friendly and informative staff made my first visit a treat. I felt warm and refreshed from my red light therapy and sound bed therapy. I can’t wait to go back again to add in the sauna and cold plunge. I would definitely recommend people to give this a go and see the ways it can improve their life.

I am amazed at what a beautiful facility they have! Everything is so clean and inviting that you just want to come back. And the experience I had with a red light therapy was awesome. I want to say the girls’s name was something like Angelina. I think it was a little different, but she was upfront when I got there and she has such great knowledge to explain everything. She was very kind and very warm. You will not be disappointed.
