It was really great. Rachel (sp) super helpful and kind as was the other Light assistant. Explained everything very well and all the programs available. Nice quite environment. The rooms are spacious and there is a place to hang your clothes and sit down. I have been twice and have had excellent results with my mood, and the pain I have in a couple of cracked ribs.
